The idea behind designing these platforms started from a real situation I experienced in the workplace. I had prepared a medical error prevention document and submitted it to the administration. After some time, I was asked to resend the file because it had been misplaced. At that moment, I faced great difficulty locating where I had saved it, which took a lot of time and effort until I finally found it again.
That experience made me realize the urgent need for a secure, organized, and easily accessible digital system that could store all staff files, documents, certificates, and professional records in one structured place, instead of relying on personal storage or paper files that can be lost.
Based on this, I designed a comprehensive digital platform that includes:
A complete and organized profile for each employee
All official documents, certificates, and licenses
Quick and easy access anytime, anywhere
A clean, professional, and user-friendly design
Continuous update and development capability
Controlled access and editing permissions to maintain privacy and security
The idea later expanded to include building additional organizational websites for departments, schedules, and on-call systems, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and speed up access to critical information.
